Tamiya Flat Base is an additive agent designed to turn Tamiya Gloss Bottle Paint colours into a flat finish. Simply mix a 1:1 ratio (NEVER MORE) into a paint well palette for brush painting or an empty bottle for airbrushing. Mix well and add thinner if needed.This agent is not a flat clear coat.
