The second collaboration by François Chartier and Tanaka Brewing Company is a blend of aromatic daiginjo using highly polished rice. Bold, exotic and juicy is what they’re going fo r, and you might detect some candied pair, hint of mineral, and sweet herbs in addition to rice cake confectionery and tart apricot acidity.
