The 2OSC R2 is a dual 1V/octave oscillator module. Another successor of a classic AE module, the 2OSC/d. The 2OSC is a dual oscillator module, digitally based, with a great feature set: Oscillator 1: Sawtooth Multi-Sawtooth, detuned Pulse Wave Triangle waveform with wavefolder Sinewave Suboscillator output Mix output (primary wave plus suboscillator) Oscillator 2 , Noise: This oscillator is focused on square waves; additionally to a pulse width controlled and CV-controllable square wave, it offers also a “synced square wave” (sounds really nasty!) and synced to oscillator 1. A separate suboscillator out is here available too. Additionally, a separate noise output is included, whose sound depends of the frequency setting of oscilaltor 2. The octave range switches are the same like in 2OSC/d. On top of the usual 1V/octave pitch control, the module can be controlled also via IMDI, the internal, patchable MIDI! Oscillators 1 and 2 are separate via different MIDI channels.
