The Tangled Coffee Table was designed by Carolina Wilcke in 2015. For Carolina, who is trained as a goldsmith, architecture, and art are important sources of inspiration. This is c learly reflected in the construction and the refined details in the frame. By experimenting with steel profiles and mold constructions, Carolina designed two interlocked volumes that together form a whole. The small part of the coffee table can be moved across the full width, making it a very dynamic table in which accessories can be placed on three tables.The Tangled Coffee Table has a black epoxy-coated steel frame and can be finished with clear glass or smoke glass. The Tangled series by Carolina Wilcke for Spectrum consists of this coffee table, a cabinet, a display case, and a side table. Made in The Netherlands by Spectrum Design.
