How to describe this one. A bit like drinking shards of glass? Perhaps that’s a bit harsh. If you like grapefruit (I’m told that some of you weirdos do), then this is spot on. It’s sharp and just a little bitter, with enough sweetness that it doesn't make your face screw up.My Dad says 3 balls are perfect in a short glass of tonic, (with or without the gin). If you are a drinker of black coffee and hate salted caramel (weird), this may just be the flavour for you. Sweetness: 5/10.
