The Tapestry Neck Strap is handcrafted from high-quality, vegetable-treated leather, with an elastic section that can be used as a handle. The neck strap package now includes two strap attachments: a 9" strap for attaching to a breastplate or martingale, and a 19" strap for attaching to the D-ring of the saddle.
