This amazing syrup was developed in collaboration with Bittercube and uses the leftover mash from their Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters. It simply makes an incredible Tom Collins - jus t add lemon juice, gin, and the maple syrup - and is delicious for many other uses including waffles, yogurt, coffee (one of our favorite uses), home-made marshmallows, and much, much more.
