This new handle by Taragate gives the grazier the ability to hook up their polywire to either a "hot" energized fence wire or a "cold" un-electrified fence such as barbed wire. The metal hook on the front of the handle has a metal wire that runs through the length of the handle and ends at the metal loop at the end of the handle where you would tie your polywire off.
