I drew this map of Taranaki by hand every road, every little town I could fit on the page. It's not an accurate map (and I definitely missed a few things), but I really enjoyed making it! I focused on including all the small towns. Not just the big names like New Plymouth, I wanted them on the map because I love seeing their names on the road. The farms, the coast, the beautiful Maraes, the lighthouses... and Mount Taranaki sits in the middle, watching over it all. I tried to capture the feeling of being there. Hope you like all the little details as much as I do. βοΈ Hand-drawn Map by Lea π§βοΈFine art prints made from original artwork.
