The SÜLgear Tarp Nut with our innovative Shark Tooth Threads is the lightest, easiest, and most efficient piece of hardware ever created to suspend, center, and secure your tarp over your hammock. Tarp Nuts work exclusively with a split hammock tarp ridgeline. Designed and manufactured in the USA to work with 1.75mm line like Samson's Lash-It or Zing-It. The SÜLgear Tarp Nut is made from a unique glass-filled thermoplastic that is exceedingly strong, light weight, and durable. Tarp Nuts are also, heat, UV, chemical, and moisture resistant. Each Tarp Nut includes a Dyneema sheathed shock cord loop that allows you to easily attach Tarp Nuts to your hammock D-Ring or grosgrain. Crucially, the shock cord reduces strain on your tarp by allowing it to shift with wind and swaying trees. Sold individually. Weight @ 4.25 grams each, including shock cord.
