Cook with it for gorgeous deep sweet flavours of aniseed and vanilla. Our Regency Tarragon comes from Spain, France or Persia, depending on seasonality. In the culinary world, these Tarragons are known to be some of the best in the world - we've found that while French tarragon is better fresh, Spanish and Iranian Tarragon is much more potent when dry.
