All beef is family portioned and vacuum packed to keep your meat fresher for longer in the fridge and the freezer. Vacuum packed beef will keep frozen for 12 months so to keep your beef at its best we recommend freezing as soon as it arrives. Don't forget to leave something out for dinner though! Our meat packs are delivered direct to your door or can be picked up in person at the farmers markets we attend. All beef is hormone and chemical free and grass fed. Each animal we process will be slightly different and although we do our best to control the weight range, the cattle are free to graze as much pasture as they please so there will always be different carcass weights each time.
