Work with your hands, be creative, and socialize; an ideal glimpse of what makes ceramics —and our studio — so appealing. This hand-on session covers the two essential ceramics-making techniques. During the wheel-throwing portion you'll learn how to center and begin shaping a form. (As this is a single session, wheel-thrown pieces can't be kept... you'll need to come back for a longer course!) During the hand-building portion you'll create your own piece to keep and select a glaze. Our team will finish and fire your work, ready for pick-up in approximately 3 weeks.
