Stauning is grain-to-glass Danish whisky, crafted from locally grown rye and barley harvested just a bicycle ride from our distillery on Denmark’s West Coast. Our grains are floor-malted on-site and distilled in small direct-fired copper pot stills - a distinctly Danish approach to whisky, shaped by simplicity, craftsmanship and innovation. The set brings together three of our core expressions: Stauning Høst, smooth, fruity and floral; Stauning R.Y.E., rich, malty and full of rye character; and the new, gently smoked Stauning Røg.
