The tasting selection is made up of three bottles of our condiments in 100 ml format:-the White Condiment is the result of a production derived entirely from a selection of grapes from organic and biodynamic agriculture, unique in its color and flavour. Its freshness makes it suitable for both salad and fish.-the Red Condiment obtained only from Italian grapes, mainly red, such as Lambrusco and Sangiovese. The rest period in oak barrels makes it suitable for daily use. It has an intense aroma, a pungent taste with a sweet, slightly astringent note. A delicious condiment that goes especially well with salads and cooked and raw vegetables.-the Bronze Condiment obtained from the perfect mix of only Cooked Must and Wine Vinegar is a product suitable for every day. The long aging in 220 liter oak barrels makes the product fragrant and colourful. Delicious condiment that goes well with salads and cooked and raw vegetables but above all with cooked dishes including meat: it has an intense aroma, a round and pungent taste with a medium-strong sweet note.
