An essential for the four-season gardener, tatsoi is an extremely cold-hardy green that produces large rosettes of tender glossy leaves. Plants grow to 12 inches in diameter and ca n even be harvested from beneath the snow. Leaves have a mild, mustard-like flavor while the white midribs are crunchy and sweet. Great for fresh eating, wilting or for use in soups and stir-fries. Approximately 50 days to maturity. Each packet contains a minimum of 500 seeds. Show more
