Tau Tequila Blanco is crafted at the Tau Distillery, known for its dedication to traditional tequila-making processes. This blanco tequila is produced using 100% blue Weber agave, harvested from the rich soils of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens and distilled in copper pot stills, ensuring a pure and authentic flavor profile. With an ABV of 40%, Tau Tequila Blanco offers a crisp and clean taste with notes of fresh agave, citrus, and a hint of pepper. It is a versatile tequila, perfect for sipping neat or as a base for premium cocktails. The distillery is registered under NOM 1472, and the tequila is certified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker.
