Press and hold the Home button for 8–30 seconds. When the LED flashes amber rapidly, the remote will enter pairing mode. The remote should automatically pair with your Fire TV device. Resetting the Remote (If Pairing Fails) Place the remote within 10 feet of your Fire TV device. Press and hold the Left + Menu + Back buttons together for 10 seconds. Wait 60 seconds.
