Making your own wine should be fun — but making it properly takes a lot of work behind the scenes. After you start your batch, we take over the technical side: fermentation, clarif ication, stabilization, filtering, finishing, monitoring, sanitizing, and making sure everything stays on track from start to bottling. Our on-premise service fee covers the labour, equipment, utilities, sanitation, storage, water, corks, and expertise that go into turning your batch into a finished wine you’ll love. So while you get the fun part of making your own wine, we take care of the messy, technical, time-consuming part. Show more
