The Taylor 416ce is a Grand Symphony-sized guitar featuring Taylor's Expression System electronics, high-quality materials, and impeccable construction. It's made with a Sitka Spruce top and Ovangkol back and sides for an amazing tonal combination plus a Venetian cutaway for easy access to the upper frets. Particularly good for strumming, this has a strong voice, especially in the lower mids, with plenty of volume and sustain. It's super responsive, too, so it doesn't take much to make this one sing. It has a 25 1/2" scale and 1 3/4" nutwidth. The Tropical Mahogany neck is a great fit for most players, and the Ebony fingerboard is flawless. Other appointments include Progressive dot inlays, Taylor nickel tuners, and a clean, white binding throughout. Also included is Taylor's Expression System 2 electronics system so if you're playing solo or through an amp, it still sounds natural and just the way it's intended. The Taylor 416ce comes with a hardshell case and, as always, a setup to your specs by our in-house luthiers is included.
