Modeled after Taylor's big and bold Grand Symphony-sized guitar, this is a scaled-down version made from Hawaiian Koa, with a Sapele neck and an Ebony fingerboard. The scale is slightly shorter than standard at 23 1/2" long, while the nut is a comfortable 1 11/16" wide. This little guitar has incredible tone and nice volume, especially for its diminutive size, and Koa body gives it additional high-end chime not usually found elsewhere. It also has Taylor's Expression System-T preamp system built in to it, so you can plug in and play anywhere without sacrificing its tone for volume.
