Co-ordinating Avalon items are available under separate listings. Caring For You Towel Most detergents contain optical brighteners which should not be used on your pure cotton bath towel. If you prefer to use a detergent, only mild detergents that do not contain optical brightening agents should be used. Avoid using fabric softeners which may reduce the absorbency of your towel and effect its lifespan. Water Temperature It is recommended to cold machine wash your towels for majority of the cycles, however a warm machine wash every now and then will help break up any body oils that may have been absorbed during use. Tumble Drying It is recommended to tumble dry your towels regularly. To avoid over drying your towels, a lower setting is always recommended. If you prefer to line dry your towels, take them off the line before they are completely dry and finish them off in the dryer to give them a fluffy finish. Remember, tumble drying generally improves the absorbency of the pile whilst keeping your towel soft and fluffy. Made in India.
