Appellation Origin Controlled dry white produced from specially selected Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes grown in Tsinandali micro-zone of Kakheti region, Georgia. The vineyards are located 300-760 meters above sea level. Tsinandali displays a delicious aroma of quince, stone fruit and citrus. The palate is refreshing with honeyed texture. Embodied with fresh grapes, quince and wild flowers, its flavour deliciously combine long-lingering essence of oak and vanilla. Great with light salads, grilled vegetables, chicken with citrus dressing and steamed fish. Grape variety: Rkatsiteli 85%, Mtsvane 15% Mtsvane (green) This is a Georgian white-grape variety from the Kakheti region which reaches full ripening from the second half of September. Average yield per hectare is 5-8 tons. Yields for Kakhetian Mtsvane must be limited in order to maintain quality.
