All control surfaces and provisions for electronics are built internally to minimize drag. The leading and trailing edges are plastic injection molded to allow more precise chanelling of airflow. Additionally, the plane is made from the highest density foam to give the wing the thinnest possible airfoil, allowing the plane to cut through the sky effortlessly. For pinpoint accuracy landings, optional airbrake servos can be installed. All the measures combined make the plane durable, efficient, easy to build and usable for a variety of use cases. Build and appearance We've spared no expense to minimize building tolerances, using only the highest quality materials and manufacturing techniques. The Kit version comes 90% assembled out of the box. The plastic leading edge covers for the wings and vertical stabilizer are not glued to give you the ability to mount LED strips. That is the only building step required to finish the wing itself. Electronics installation is a breeze and is doable in an afternoon. We've put together a set with recommended electronics that you may choose to use - or roll your own! For the enthusiast, the DIY version delivers the wing in its raw form: The fuselage and wings are both delivered as two halves, and all plastic parts are provided separately. This gives the seasoned builder the capability to internally mount advanced sensors, and to completely customize the wing from the ground up.
