Tè e biscotti (Tea and biscuits), starts with a balanced blend of naturally processed Brazilian coffee grown at an altitude of 1200m in the Cerrado Region, that is accompanied by a washed processed Papua New Guinea, grown at an altitude of 1600-1900m in the Simbai Region. These two coffees blended together provide tasting notes of Chocolate, Tea and Molasses that are reminiscent of a cookie dipped in tea, especially with the addition of milk.
