Heating Tray TE4 Winemakers fermenting tray designed to accommodate up to four 1 gallon demijohns. Can be used with 25 litre fermenters occasionally, but if brewing with this size of vessel constantly, we would recommend using the TE25 model. Non adjustable thermostatically controlled to maintain a liquid temperature approximately 9°C above ambient room temperature, giving a fermenting temperature of 22-29°C in most domestic environments.
