Spirit's Standard Brewer is the vessel recommended for shop service. The slide-on, tapered lid won't trap water, and the borosilicate glass allows for transparent viewing of the le aves' unfurling dance. The strainer features a select coarse mesh to stop clogs, an airhole on the brushed stainless steel lid with a statement ring handle for easy removal. The Standard Brewer is space and purity of media: just glass and steel—no plastic or silicone.
