This tea cup crafted by Hidekazu Nakamura is a part of a small collection of ceramics he made for our shop in November 2025, at his studio in Tsuruoka, Yamagata. Like all things we love, there is more going on here than meets the eye. This glossy finish has a great deal of variation in it, and so, like all of Hidekazu’s pieces, we find his signature written in the most subtle ways. A perfectly shaped and sized tea cup for everyday use, deep in more ways than one. ** Please note that, as each tea cup is made by hand and naturally fired, they differ slightly in size, shape, colorations, and tone.
