A glass of Moroccan mint tea poured in a tiled courtyard, the afternoon heat softened by shade. Bright mint and bergamot rise first, sharpened with bitter orange and a breath of ar temisia. Then the spices arrive. Cardamom, coriander, a curl of rose and jasmine, mint turned warm and peppery.
