Very cool reel to reel. Not the prettiest thing and missing the faceplate but it works. some TLC would make it perfect. Sound-wise there are no issues, it just wants to play in rev erse so it takes some convincing. (hence the tape) . these are great for the preamps alone or for dumping to tape for tape effects and you might really appreciate the speed adjustment. It gets way slower than something like a 388. you can use it right away but a little bit of tech work would bring it back to 100% blue wire - It goes to the erase head, previously interrupted with a potentiometer to deactivate the erase head for tape loops.
