Genuine Teak burl is an exotic wood that is highly sought after for its water resistance, fragrant aroma, and smooth luster. A great beginner wood, this species is easy to work and very beautiful when finished. It has a moderate blunting effect on blades. This woodturning stock has air dried for 11 years as of the fall of 2025 and is ready to use. Blanks may have checks, inclusions, live edges, and natural shapes. Each blank is unique!
