Heat transfers can be applied with a heat press, easy press or home iron as long as you can get to 315 degrees and apply sufficient pressure.Heat transfer vinyl can be pressed onto many colorful fabrics - dark and light colors. Your transfer will come with the transfer tape on the top to lift the design off the carrier sheet onto the shirt. Peel the carrier sheet off the back, lay your transfer face up on your garment and you're ready to press. Pressing Instructions:*Heat Press temp 315 degrees F*15 seconds*Medium to heavy pressure*Hot peel (peel while hot)Sizes are based on the LONGEST SIDE of the design. So, an adult size may be 11 inches long but only 8 inches wide so that the design stays proportional.
