We will then meet as a small group twice a week for 60-minute coaching calls focused on a combination of nutrition, fitness and mindset. After each session, you will be provided a replay of everything we covered. On a Sunday I will give you homework to help you deepen self awareness and reflection. You will also have unlimited FB support so Im always in your pocket! The Additional Support: Unlimited reviews of nutrition and weight training technique. Daily accountability checks for nutrition. Weekly small group visualisations to access subconscious blocks to progress. 2 x 1 hour: 1:1 IEMT therapy sessions to permanently dial down negative emotions.
