We are so excited that our baby girl is finally getting her chance at a new normal. We are trading end-stage liver disease for a life post-transplant. We know that transplant life comes with an entirely new set of challenges but we are ready to tackle things head on with strength, courage and optimism 💪🏼 Daddy is Miss Autumn’s living donor. Mommy is so proud of Daddy for what did for our little girl. They are now split at two different hospitals, simultaneously, but Mommy knows how tough Daddy and Autumn are and knows they will make it through this process flawlessly. As always, we can’t thank everyone enough for the outpouring of love. We feel like the luckiest little trio and are forever grateful to have such an amazing group of people at our side.
