The Tearoom Chairs hold an upright, architectural posture drawn from early 20th-century forms, rather than the low, relaxed lines of a typical lounge chair. A plywood and MDF frame , upholstered over foam and steel webbing, is what keeps that structured, straight-backed shape intact. Nick Ross designed the chairs alongside the Tearoom Sofa for Audo Copenhagen, both drawing their curved backs from Charles Rennie Mackintosh's 1904 Willow Chair. Show more
