TEC HydraFlex Waterproofing Crack Isolation Membrane TEC HydraFlex Waterproofing Crack Isolation Membrane is a ready-to-use, flexible, mold and mildew-resistant, waterproofing crack isolation membrane for interior and exterior applications. It forms a smooth, monolithic, watertight surface over walls, floors and ceilings. HydraFlex Membrane stops in-plane cracks up to 1⁄8" (3 mm) or up to 1⁄4" (6 mm)* wide at the subfloor from telegraphing through to ceramic and stone tile for residential to extra heavy commercial applications. Features Use for Positive Hydrostatic Pressure Applications. Easy roller, trowel, or spray application. No mesh is required (optional for waterproofing applications). Fast Drying – ready for tile installation in 1 to 3 hours. Apply over new (green) concrete as little as 3 days old. Isolates cracks up to 1/8" (3 mm) or up to 1⁄4" (6 mm) based on application. Resistant to the growth of mold and mildew. It was approved over control joints. Store in a cool, dry location. Do not store open containers or leave containers exposed to sunlight. The product must be kept at 40°-90°F (4°-32°C).Keep from freezing. Maximum of 1 year from date of manufacture in unopened package.
