Using depth cameras allows quality motion data to be obtained without body markers. We look at well known running parameters such as cadence, overstride, foot contact, as well as others, but also specific angles of movement, forces loading at the foot, knees and hips, and running economy based upon full body mechanical effort. These are just some of the data points and parameters we will use to help you achieve your running goals. Working with either of our experienced and qualified running coaches, the time in the TGAR session will provide runners of different ability levels and outcome goals with personal focused information to get the most out of their running journey. Over 16 years old only. 16-17 years old must be accompanied. Session will include Running on a treadmill at a minimum speed of 9kph (30 minute 5k pace) Running kit is essential. (long hair tied up or under a hat). Barefoot force plate dynamic and static testing. Posture and balance screening. Training Q&A (Goal setting, training planning & energy/nutritional details) Our coaches are experienced at working with both junior and senior runners. Distances ranging from 400 meter track all the way up to 100 mile ultra distance. Athlete ability from complete novice to competing at National Championships and winners of long distance events. Long hair must be tied up/back or under a cap Please do not book this session if you are not able to run at a speed of 10 minutes per mile / 6 minutes per km (30 minutes for a 5k run). The cameras will only work at this speed or quicker. Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to us, and that time is set aside specifically for you. We understand that schedule changes happen. However, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made under 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% booking fee. No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will incur a charge of full booking fee.
