Ted Bundy's one-page motion to appoint one of the top death penalty attorneys in the country, Millard Farmer of Atlanta, GA. The motion was denied incidentally, and Farmer never represented him except on appeal once he was sentenced to die. This rare trial document has been signed in full “Theodore Robert Bundy.” It has also been hand signed by the public defender and notary. COA included Theodore Robert Bundy was an American serial killer whose crimes spanned across several states including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, California and Florida. His known crimes spanned between 1974 and 1978. He was on trial for murder in Colorado when he escaped from prison and fled to Florida, where he would then go on a rampage killing two college students and one 14 year old girl. He was caught and convicted of 3 counts of capitol murder and sentenced to death. He died by way of the electric chair in January of 1989. Authorities believe Bundy is responsible for over 30 murders.
