Though it has the name “Silver Mountain,” this sake won gold at the 2019 U.S. National Sake Appraisal. Using house yeast, they’ve created a spice-friendly sake that goes well with savory Middle Eastern dishes. The aroma has a hint of mirin, cream and nutty tones.
