Cellerini has been making leather goods in a first-floor atelier on Via del Sole, in central Florence, since the late 1950s. The workshop's range runs from bags down to the smallest objects that live in a pocket or on a belt - and this is one of the smallest. A leather tee holder, made for a golfer. The body is a single rounded panel of fine-grained calfskin, hand-stitched at the edge, with two black elastic loops across the front to hold a pair of wooden tees. A silver-plated or gold-plated carabiner at the top clips it to a belt, a bag, or a trouser loop, where it sits ready between holes. A ball marker comes detachable from the same clip.
