This support package is designed to get your ride to the event safely and efficiently, so you can focus on the race. 📝 Please Note: This service is logistics only.You still need to register for the race separately at the official TEF1 website:👉 https://www.tef.one/event-details-registration/tef1-atlantic-2025Logistics support does not include race entry — just assistance to help you get there and back with ease. What's Included in the Ai-Rides Logistics Package: Receiving your PEV (EUC, electric skateboard, scooter, or e-bike) at Ai-Rides NYC Visual inspection upon arrival and before departure (see inspection policy below) Secure storage and transport to hotel in Atlantic City Option to pick up your vehicle for the group ride on Friday Delivery to NJMP on race day Return transport of your vehicle back to Ai-Rides NYC Pre-race week repairs and service (additional charges apply) On-site support available during race weekend (e.g. on-site tire changes, additional charges apply) Cross Country Logistics Package Pricing: EUCs: $125 Electric Skateboards: $125 Electric Scooters: $150 E-Bikes: $200 Note: Riders are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of round-trip shipping to and from Ai-Rides NYC (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Return label upload will be required for approval. Freight delivery is available for groups of six or more riders. We'll assist with palletizing and coordination to help reduce individual shipping costs. Local Rider Option: Riders based in NYC can opt in starting at $50 round-trip transport to and from NJMP. Vehicles must be dropped off by Friday, May 30th at 11:00 AM at Ai-Rides NYC. Box advised for safest transport. Visual Inspection Policy: Each box will be opened A visual inspection only will be performed Photos will be taken on arrival and again before return shipping This is to ensure vehicles are safe for transport, prevent potential fire risks, and to document condition before & after handling. Any vehicle involved in a crash during the race must undergo a mandatory post-race inspection (billed separately) before being cleared for return. (Mostly applies to EUCs. Scooters and E-Bikes on case by case basis. This typically won’t apply to eSkateboards.) Optional Add-On: Pre-Race Inspection - $100 Safety and performance check Tire change labor included for EUCs* (tires and tubes sold separately) Add $25 for dual-wheel scooters Add $50 for dual-wheel eBikes Opportunity for additional repairs or tuning (billed separately if needed) As with every aspect of this logistics package, the goal is to remove barriers and help more riders make it to the event. Worried about showing up with a flat tire, low pressure, stuck suspension, or just want a once-over tightening before hitting the track? Let us know what’s going on—we want you race-ready. This is a discounted service (standard EUC tire changes alone typically run $125). We would also consider eScooters, eBikes, and eBoards on a case-by-case basis due to the wide range of models and manufacturers. If you're interested in something similar for one of these, reach out to us directly—we’ll do our best to work out a solution. *EUCs with fairing kits may incur an extra charge. Financial Accessibility Our goal is to help as many riders attend as possible. If you're unable to afford the logistics package, please reach out to us directly.
