UR90G-SUB ZERO is a table top freezer especially suitable for cooling caviar, but can be used for low alcohol drinks. The sub zero model has an electronic thermostat and thermometer, so the delicate caviar is always kept at the right temperature. Caviar is best stored at a temperature between -6 and 0 °C. A regular cooler is too warm and a regular freezer is too cold. Cooling at the wrong temperature means poor quality of the caviar. A ventilated cooling system ensures an even and stable temperature on all shelves. For safety reasons, the thermostat is located on the back of the device, so that the temperature cannot be changed accidentally. In addition to functionality and quality, the visual aspect is also important. The unit has a hip and elegant design with internal LED lighting in a cool color shade.
