The "Tele S" neck pickup draws inspiration from Strat neck pickups, and expands the sonic spectrum of a traditional tele style guitar-without having to modify the guitar. Wound wit h 42 AWG Heavy Formvar wire like early Strat pickups, the “Tele S” allows for a brighter tone with more output than conventional Tele neck pickups. Our unique design uses extra long Alnico 5 magnets for an extra percussive tone, and the exposed pickup magnets allow for an elevated treble response. Learn more.
