Telesis 9 Thinner is a silicone adhesive modifier -part of the Telesis range produced by American company PPI who are renowned for their fantastic SFX products including the famous Skin Illustrator palettes and inks. A non toxic, non carcinogenic, medical grade silicone adhesive thinning agent which is gentle on the skin. Use to dilute Telesis 9 Silicone Adhesive where required to make it go further or thin down the consistency if it is too thick which can sometimes happen as you near the end of a bottle.
