These tablets help reduce allergic reactions such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itchy throat by blocking the action of histamine - the substance your body releases during an allergic response - without causing drowsiness. With just one tablet a day, Telfast provides up to 24 hours of relief for adults and children 12 years and older.
