Aubera 1 is a sparkling alcohol-free blend, dry and mineral with a distinctly coastal character. Built around rock samphire and lemon, it is bright, saline, and fresh, the sea air of the Mediterranean caught in a glass. Like all Tempera blends, it is made without grapes, composed instead from herbs, fruits, and botanicals by three-Michelin-star chef Mauro Colagreco and tea expert Arielle Bove. Tasting Notes The nose is fresh and coastal, with mineral and vegetal notes from rock samphire, lifted by bright citrus. On the palate, the attack is dry and slightly saline, with lemon and green tea giving it a clean, thirst-quenching quality. Fine, lively bubbles run throughout. The finish is crisp and citrusy, with a pleasant lingering freshness. Pairs well with A natural match for seafood and shellfish: oysters, smoked salmon, shrimp, or marinated anchovies. Works equally well as a refined aperitif before dinner, or alongside light starters like hummus or vegetable-based dishes. Elegant enough for a celebration, easy enough for a weekday lunch.
