Your order will be packed with insulated materials and/or ice packs to give it the best possible chance of arriving in great condition. We recommend adding this option if your average daily temperature is above 75°F or if your order may sit outside after delivery. If you’d prefer to skip this add-on, you can select Standard Shipping at checkout for no extra charge. Just keep in mind that without insulation, we’re unable to replace or refund items that melt during transit. If you do choose the Cold Pack Shipping Add-On and your order still arrives melted, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. While the cold pack helps reduce the risk, it does not guarantee against melting, and any resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
