This is where it all began — a garage in New Zealand, a handful of local hops, and a cobbled-together kit. Against the odds, an icon was born. Those same hops — Nelson Sauvin and Motueka — are still front and centre here, a proper tribute to the land of the long white cloud. New Zealand hops are known for their bright citrus, soft fruit, and floral character, with Nelson Sauvin bringing standout notes of gooseberry, peach, and a subtle white wine edge. To complement that, we keep the malt bill light, layering in oats and wheat for a smooth texture and fuller mouthfeel. The result is a beer that’s fresh, balanced, and dangerously easy to drink — the kind that makes you seriously consider disappearing off to the South Island and not looking back.
