Tucked within the forest of Point Pleasant Park, this stone gatehouse stands as one of Halifax’s hidden treasures. Its Gothic design and weathered charm reflect the craftsmanship o f another era — when time moved slower and the sea carried stories home. Captured in the quiet calm of spring, The Keeper’s House reminds us that not all guardians hold weapons — some simply stand their ground through decades of change, protecting the soul of a place. A must-have for anyone who’s ever walked the park’s winding trails, listened to the harbour’s hum, or fallen in love with Halifax’s timeless spirit. Taken May 4, 2021 Show more
