A natural coffee from the Guiben region of Yunnan, grown by smallholder families near the Laos border. Led by Tang Xiang and Tian Cai, the project combines careful coffee productio n with efforts to restore biodiversity to land traditionally used for single cash crops. Hand-harvested cherries are floated and slowly dried on raised beds for four to five weeks, producing a coffee that offers a distinctive introduction to China’s developing specialty coffee scene.
